We had a great time in Austin! Dined at some new places (North By Northwest with Philip & Paige, Shady Grove with John & Lori) and revisited some old favorites (Kerbey Lane and The Salt Lick). Checked in with Waterloo Records, forgetting that SXSW was going on. Yikes at the crowds! Stopped by to say hello the bat colony living underneath Congress Ave. Bridge. They were glad to see us. It was a little early for Zilker Park, but we went anyway.
You know...I never get tired of Austin. It doesn't matter how many times we go, we never run out of things to do! And it's always so good for my soul to be with Lori. Great friends; great town!
